Day 22!!

The Couch-to-5K ® Running PlanThis was the program format I used the last time to train for my 5K!!! Let the  long journey begin!!!! So looking forward to feeling better about myself again!!!!!  Please pray for my knee, as I walked/jogged yesterday I could feel my knee swelling!! We all need support and encouragement!! Please join me as I battle this long road and  thank YOU from the bottom of MY HEART
